Allison Quaid offers fine and high jewellery products, many of which are handcrafted, limited in quantity, or one of a kind. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, variations in materials, gemstones, and finishes are inherent to handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is accepted and processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Final Sale / No Returns Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of fine and high jewellery, including custom, made-to-order, limited-edition, and one-of-a-kind pieces, Allison Quaid does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- No exchanges will be offered for any reason.
- Natural variations in gemstones, metals, and handcrafted finishes do not constitute defects.
- Requests to cancel or modify an order may not be possible once production has begun.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Allison Quaid is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
